The location of this hotel is perfect with stunning views of the lagoon. The rooms are clean, comfy, and come with a delicious breakfast included. The staff are friendly and always willing to help with any queries or requests.
There aren't any restaurants within walking distance, and the prices at the hotel restaurant are high. there were some missing amenities in the room, such as no water glasses or hairdryer.

We enjoyed having a relaxing time by the water and appreciated the free use of kayaks and paddle boats. the seating and relaxation areas by the water were very comfortable as well. the location was great, with easy access to town and taxis readily available. the fruit basket was a nice touch, and we appreciated the complimentary plates and knife offered to enjoy them.
The breakfast, which felt very basic for the price we paid. Service was slow and there were few options to choose from.

The location on the lake front was breathtaking. The colored houses created a beautiful view, and there were plenty of seating areas to relax by the water. The hotel provided free water-bikes, a canoe, and old surfboards for guests to use. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering assistance with boat tours and providing recommendations for restaurants and tours in town. The rooms had good air conditioning and fans, and there was ample parking onsite. Bacalar, a charming town, was just a short drive away.
Nothing to be said. 👍
